Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understand and become conversant in a relatively large software application
  • Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems.
  • Perform Root cause Analysis Teach solutions to customers.
  • Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the case tracking system.
  • Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Software support experience
  • Understanding of SQL Server database
  • Windows system administration concepts
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good in MS Office tools
  • Good communication Skills
  • The point of sale software support experience is preferable
  • Functional knowledge in Billing, Inventory, and Purchasing is preferable

Work Description

  • Technical support to restaurants and retail shops
  • The name of the software is Cozy POS ()
  • Need to work in shifts as per need
  • The current 3 shifts are morning, general, evening
  • Customers are in Telangana, AP, and other states in India
  • Customers are spread in other countries as well
  • It will be remote support mostly and need to visit the customer location in some cases
  • Having a bike for travel is preferable and fuel expenses for customer visits will be reimbursement
  • For outstation visits, travel, boarding, and lodging will be reimbursed
  • It will be a highly technical and functional job and the candidate will get to learn many aspects of technology for a better career growth
