As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end sales process, namely generating leads after thorough research, reaching out to the right POC through telephone, email, etc., advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to take sales to closure
  • Cold-call prospects that are generated by various sources of lead • Gather & analyze requirements, follow up with customers regularly, and maintain healthy customer relationship
    Clearly and effectively communicate NHCL services to prospects Overcome objections of prospective clients
  • Set up for sales presentations, service demonstrations, and other sales actions • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and drive new opportunities
  • Build and expand the company’s database of prospects • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work on Inside Sales revenue attainment • Forecast revenue figures and update regularly
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members, and ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

 Required Qualification

  • Minimum 3+ years of direct work experience in B2B sales, preferably selling into Indian markets
  • Strong sales acumen with knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Ability to talk to Senior Managers and CXO level executives
  • Demonstrated expertise in opportunity qualification, converting cold leads to hot, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Experience with generating their own database through various sources like LinkedIn or Google
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Capability to meet or exceed goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills (esp. phone and email communication skills)
  • Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with an engaging level of enthusiasm and interest in solution sales
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
