1. Sales Coordinator has to go through Zoho CRM User Manual & Notes on Zoho Working and Updates if required.
2. Make sure that all the required (Purchase Order, Performance of the table/lights) data is updated daily basis in Zoho Portal
3. Sales Coordinator needs to send Dealer Form along with product profile to Dealer category customers as and when requires, which are available in this link.
4. After we receive the filled-in dealer form, need to update details in the Dealer form/ state wise and city wise which is available in this file.
5. Sales Coordinator has to update Dealer details in the Dealer List updation file.
6. Sales Coordinator needs to follow the Check List given in the link when the Dealer visits the office.
7. Sales Coordinator to make quotations whenever Commercial Desk goes on leave.
8 Sales Coordinator to check all the e-mails every day and bring it to the notice of the concerned person for replies and also reply to a few emails.
9. After sending the mail all the excel sheets and mail printouts are to be handed over to the Sales Coordinator person to update in Zoho and simultaneously need to check over the phone whether the quotation has been received or not.
10. Updating soft copy (word documents) of sent quotation in Main Pc weekly. For our future references
11. Tenders need to check the related websites also whenever we required tender documents need to prepare.
