Ability to optimize data loads and applications for efficient performance
Other desirable qualifications: o Data Warehouse and Data Modeling experience -> Qlik/Power BI certifications preferred
Understanding of database technologies, Master Data Management, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Analytics Platforms will add value
Should have proven experience in SDLC in multiple development projects
The use of analytics in the IT outsourcing services area (e.g. in BPO, application management, infrastructure management, etc.) is highly desirable. Especially the application of analytics in service desk/help desk/contact centers would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) process framework is needed. ITIL Foundation certificate is desirable.
I should have worked in a managed services provider organization, been exposed to a global delivery model, and operated in teams working across time zones.
