Designation: Telecaller

Need to generate leads through different sources from social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) and other online portals
Interact with the leads generated through various online portals (99 Acres, Magic bricks) and should have the ability to source leads
Understand Customer Requirements and schedule site visits accordingly.
Should have a fair knowledge of operating Telephone Equipment, Automatic Dialing systems.
Should have basic knowledge of Excel for maintaining daily activity reports.
Responsible for providing information and guiding the customer to visit the site.
Follow up with customers frequently and convert prospects to Leads.
Should have a fair knowledge of CRM application, ensure customers data is updated onto CRM application daily.
Prepare customer Interaction Report( on all calls made, customers attended Site Visits Follow up’s, and Site visits done by the Customers).
