- Business to business (B2B) calling and generating qualified leads
- Responsible for making cold calls, and handling outbound calling processes.
- Set up an appointment for a meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.
- Set appointments, listen to customer needs, and sell the most appropriate products.
- Researches and understands prospects before making the call.
- Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output.
- Generating new accounts through the internet for maximum reach out.
- Able to identify opportunities that meet Clients' financial parameters and customer needs through matching the best fit for customers.
- Able to discuss solutions with a customer relating to a business requirement
- Fare knowledge of Hardware and Software Technologies like ( Microsoft, Adobe, Server, Storage, Networking Solutions, Data Center, Data security solutions) and cloud solutions, with a strong ability to communicate software/ hardware solutions for the company.
- Able to solve problems with customers as a first escalation point
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with senior executives of the company, Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.
- Pipeline size and lead aging, Revenue growth, Generating Opportunity
- Profiling the customer base, customer reach, Solution Selling
- Customer Satisfaction
- 0 3 years of sales experience preferably in IT and/or Telesales
- Local language fluency
- Fluent oral and written English
- Consultative selling experience (proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals)
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
