We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative, who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Our Inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He/She must be comfortable making minimum 4 dozens of calls/day, working with Sales Executives, channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

 

 

Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Create sales leads by pitching the right products and services to address the business pain points

Develop sales leads by understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information

Qualify IN / OUT the sales leads based on the company guidelines and offerings

Perform effective online demos to prospects customers

Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Develops suspect account list for Europe/UK/Middle East region by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations

Maintain and expand the existing D365 CRM database of prospects within the assigned territory 

Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities

Strong phone presence and experience dialing minimum 4 dozens of calls/day (Must)

Education & Experience Requirements:

Any University degree with a concentration in Sales, marketing, Advertising sales or Business administration

3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred with Proven inside sales experience

Experience working with MS Office 365 and Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (Must)

Experience in running Sales & Marketing CRM campaign

Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data Scraper tools (Must)

Fair understanding of Europe/UK/Middle East market customers

 

Working hours: UK Time Zone/business hours

Work Location: Work From Home/Hybrid
