Roles and Responsibilities

·       Visit Retail outlets, General stores etc. to promote and sales of products

·       Visit Doctors, Ayurvedic Outlets, Chemists and create benefits and awareness of the products

·       Should perform offline sales through different channels

·       Doing sales visit and regular followups for orders, monitoring the supply management

·       Develop distribution and dealership channels of Products

·       Should have mandatory FMCG/ Health/ Cosmetic products related Experience

• Must have excellent knowledge of sales plan and projections
• Should build and manage a team of 5-10 executives

Desired Candidate Profile

 ·       Education should be minimum 12th

·       Good Communication Skills in English and local language

·       Candidate should have mandatory experience in FMCG/ Health/ cosmetic related products for Managers/ Team Leaders positions

·       Should have extensive training and past experience to monitor the performance/activities of the sales force on a daily basis

Sales Executives- 0-2 years/ Freshers also may apply

·      Aggressiveness & Determination to Excel

·       Good Computer proficiency

·       Excellent customer service and sales skills

·       Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines
